Future Stars does not retain any credit card information.

Future Stars’ failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Unless required otherwise by applicable laws of your Province or State of residence, all claims, actions, or disputes will be in the courts of the Province of Ontario. Any cause of action or claim regarding the Terms of Use or this website must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action or claim accrues or arises, otherwise such cause of action or claim is permanently banned.

These Terms of Use, our Terms of Sale, our Privacy Policy, and any other Future Stars policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Future Stars and supersede all previous agreements.

It is the express wish of all parties that these Terms of Use and all policies be drawn up in English.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed online. If you are unable to place an order online, please call our Customer Service Number 800-461-6575 or email us at info@future-stars-sp.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Future Stars accepts all major credit cards. If you do not have a credit card and still wish to place an order, please contact us to arrange alternate payment methods. By submitting credit card information, you give Future Stars permission to charge your purchases to the card.

Order confirmation and receipt and any communications required about your order will be to the email address you used to place your order. Some situations may result in your order being cancelled due to limitations on quantities, backorders, or other reasons. You will be notified as soon as possible at the email address you provided.

Refunds

Photo Products

If you are unhappy with the quality of the prints you receive, they may be returned for a full refund or other mutually beneficial agreement. Refunds will be accepted within ninety (90) days from date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling

Orders that are shipped directly to your address will incur a separate shipping and handling fee that will be charged at the time of order.
